We ship all orders with DHL and Deutsche Post.
All orders are shipped from Hamburg, Germany.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shipping warehouse.

If you order several items from us in one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.
Information for calculating the delivery date
In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
How does the return shipment work?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item within 1 month of receipt. Items must be unused, still in brand new condition and returned with the original packaging. Request a return here:
Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for your purchase. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receipt of your return. You will receive a confirmation of the return by email once it has been made.
If the purchase amount has not been refunded after 14 days, please contact us by email at info@rockandsteel.de.
